Aggreko has as priority the satisfaction of the customer
ACE (Aggreko Customer Experience) is a program to collect all customers' feedbacks at the end of every hire. Structured as a survey it's sent by e-mail and it treats four fondamental topics:
- Selling process
- Delivery and quality of the equipments
- Customer service
quality service before, during and after the rental.
